【摘要】 以三西地区为背景 ,针对区域可持续发展水平综合评价问题 ,建立多层次、多要素评价指标体系 ,以及多级模糊综合评价的定量化计算模型。借助于该模型 ,运用有关实地调查资料和统计数据 ,对三西地区各县 (市、区 )可持续发展水平进行综合排序计算 ,有关结果为三西地区可持续发展决策提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sanxi area consists of the Hexi Corridor and the middle part of Gansu province and the south mountainous area of Ningxia Muslim Autonomous Region. The Hexi Corridor belongs to the arid area in the northwest China. In this area, because of plentiful irrigating water from Qilian mountain, rich sunlight and heat, the oasis agriculture is well developed, but the regional development is restricted by the limited water resource and serious desert. The middle part of Gansu province and the south mountainous area of Ningxia Muslim Autonomous Region belong to the semiarid area in the west part of the loess plateau. In this area, vegetations are thin, soil erosion is serious, and the poverty is well known in China.On behalf of the basis for regional sustainable development planning in Sanxi area, the evaluating indicator system for regional sustainable development is put forward, and it consists of three layers. Based on the evaluating indicator system, using fuzzy mathematics method, an integrated evaluation model of regional sustainable development is established. The model is made up of three sub models. The first sub model is based on the third layer of indicators, the second sub model is based on the second layer of sets of indicators, and the third sub model is based on the first layer of sets of indicators. By using the model, each county, ward or city in Sanxi area is evaluated. The conclusions will support the regional sustainable development planning in Sanxi area.更多还原
