【Abstract】 Water resources shortage has become an important limiting factor of economic development in the Huaihe River basin. On the basis of analysing the characters of water resources and the problems in the process of sustainable exploitation, we set forth the measures of achieving sustainable use of water resources such as the measures of saving water, water resources management and comprehensive utilization, and water resources protection in accordance with the principles of sustainable development of water resources.更多还原
