【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的变化。方法采用生化方法测定25例妊高征患者和27例正常孕晚期妇女红细胞膜ATP酶活性以及膜胆固醇和甘油三脂的含量。结果妊高征患者产前Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性显著低于对照组,胆固醇含量明显高于对照组,而甘油三脂的含量两组间未见明显差异。妊高征患者产前红细胞膜胆固醇含量与膜Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性呈明显的负相关。结论妊高征患者ATP酶活性降低是其依赖的脂质微环境发生改变的结果。更多还原
