【摘要】 目的 评价后路椎间镜系统（MEDTm）在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的价值和作用。方法 对68例腰椎间盘突出患者行腰椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术。 结果 68例患者中，65例获门诊随访≥3个月，术后优良率达93.8%，其中6例术后复查CT示减压彻底，椎管内无疤痕长入。 结论 MEDTm治疗腰椎间盘突出在保持简单手术入路同时，具有损伤小、减压彻底、并发症少、恢复快的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】  Objective To study and evaluate the application of microendoscopic discectomy system (MEDTm) in the surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Methods Sixty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with posterior decompression by MEDTm. Result Sixty-five patients were followed up for more than 3 months, and good results were observed in 93.8% patients without obvious complication. Six patients were rechecked with CT, and no obvious scar was seen extending into the spinal cord. Conclusion MEDTm can not only provide adequate decompression with less injury, less complication and faster recovery than conventional surgery, but also sustain simple surgical approach.更多还原
