环氧云母绝缘定子线棒多因子老化过程中交流参量变化规律的研究
STUDY ON DEVELOPING LAW OF AC CURRENT PARAMETERS OF EPOXY/MICA INSULATION DURING THE PROCESS OF MULTIFACTORS AGING OF STATOR BARS
【摘要】 交流电流参量常用来评定绝缘的老化程度。在环氧云母绝缘线棒多因子老化过程中 ,交流电流参量随老化时间呈现一定的变化规律 ,而且第二电流激增电压与剩余击穿电压有较强的相关性 ,可以作为特征参量来评定环氧云母绝缘的老化程度。所以 ,通过交流电流试验可以有效地评定环氧云母绝缘的劣化程度。
【Abstract】 The AC current parameters are usually used to estimate the condition of insulation. During the process of multifactor aging of epoxy/mica insulation, the AC current parameters have apparent developing laws with insulation aging time. Moreover, the rapid increase voltage P i2 of second AC current shows close correlation with the residual breakdown voltage, which can be used as characteristic parameter to estimate the remaining life of epoxy/mica insulation. Therefore, the degradation of epoxy/mica insulation can be assessed efficiently by AC testing method.
