【摘要】 介绍了双金属锯带生产线的生产工艺流程和组成 ,根据生产线的生产要求 ,提出以PLC为核心单元实现对整条生产线的过程控制 ,锯带牵引系统采用变频调速系统 ,调速精度高。详细阐述了生产线各控制系统的工作原理及组成部分并结合生产线对控制系统的要求 ,设计了生产线过程控制软件。生产线运行表明控制系统设计合理、工作可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology requirements and configuration of bi-metal strip production line are introduced.According to the working technology requirements of production line,PLC to control production line′s operation as key unit is put forward.The VFSR system is applied in the running speed of the saw strip.The regulating speed system has high precision,and the working principle and frame of control systems in the production line are described in detail.On the basis of the requirements of control system,the control software of the production process is designed.The operational results show that the system works reliably and correct.更多还原
