【Abstract】 Possession is the jumping-off point of real right. The purity possession involves such basic characteristics of real right law as purpose, domination and exclusion. Although the rational right design of the real right has replaced the natural demand of possession as the core of domination manner, the possession’s important role in the law of real right will not disappear. On the contrary, it becomes the foundation to realize the domination and the exclusion of real right.更多还原
