【摘要】 在对文献广泛分析的基础上 ,应用脉动测试的方法 ,利用振动反演理论 ,科学地对现有多层砖房的整体承载能力进行评价 ,并验证了用反演理论建立的动态参数和砌体平均抗压强度的关系 .同时针对完整模态和非完整模态的 2种参数识别结果 ,给出剩余刚度的计算方法 .通过对一个 1 /2缩尺 3层砖混房屋模型的动态、静态试验的比较和此方法在工程实例中的运用 ,成功地验证了采用动态测试方法进行现有多层砖房质量检测、评估的简便性、可行性 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on extensive literatures, the bearing capacity of multi floor brick house is evaluated scientifically by adopting pulsating method and vibration inverse problem theory, and the relation between dynamic parameter and mean strength of bricking up is verified. At the same time a computational method of residual stiffness is also given aiming at two parameter identification results by the integrated modal and non integrated modal. By means of experiment on a half scale model of a three floor brick house and the applications in practical engineering, the feasibility of this method is proved successfully.更多还原
