【摘要】 目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇软化宫颈的效果。方法：对 30例钳刮术者于术前用药软化宫颈并与 30例对照组进行比较。数据用卡方及 t检验判定其显著性。结果：用药组宫颈软化率为 100％，对照组软化率为 36. 7％，两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0. 01)。术中出血量两组有显著性差异 (P<0. 01)。结论：米非司酮与米索前列醇序贯给药软化宫颈效果较好，副作用小，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the effect of mifpristone compatibility with misoprostol on softening the uterine neck. Methods： Using the drugs to softening the uterine on 30 cases before the embryulcia and comparison with 30 cases of control group. Results： The uterine softening rate of the drug treatment group was 100％， and the control group was 36. 7％. The difference of the softening rate between the to groups was significance(P<0. 01).
