【摘要】 介绍了湖北电网 EMS考核管理系统的功能和系统配置 ,对实现 EMS考核管理系统的免维护、自恢复能力等关键技术和特点进行了分析。EMS考核管理系统对 EMS的运行状态及结果进行监视 ,可以有效地提高 EMS的运行性能。该系统还可以将 EMS的实时运行状态、计算信息及计算结果在因特网上发布 ,实现系统的无人值守及远程监控和故障诊断 ,具有一定的实用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 A system for monitoring and evaluating EMS is developed.Its functions, configuration, key technologies and characteristics about the system’s free-of-maintenance and self-restoration are described.The running state, statistics and the performance indexes of EMS can be uninterruptedly monitored and evaluated by the system, which greatly increases the operators’ work efficiency.The system can also issue the running information, intermediate calculation results and performance indexes of EMS on Internet, which is beneficial for the implementation of unmanned substation, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.更多还原
