改进的配电网故障定位、隔离与恢复算法

【摘要】 提出了一种改进的配电网故障定位、隔离与恢复方法。考虑到配电自动化水平的提高 ,采用基于 SCADA信息的故障定位方法 ,算法简洁、实用 ,能够屏蔽 SCADA数据的错误和畸变 ,得出故障隔离与恢复需要的故障位置。为了实现故障处理的闭环控制 ,提出了在开关拒动的情况下 ,对故障隔离和恢复算法的改进 ,并结合扬州城区配电网的实际线路给出计算结果 ,显示了算法的准确性和有效性

【Abstract】 This paper proposes an improved algorithm of fault location, isolation and restoration for distlibution systems.Considering the automation level of present distribution systems, SCADA information based fault location method is adopted,in which error and aberrance of SCADA information are screened. As an effective method, SCADA information based faultlocation method can affirm the fault position needed by fault isolation and restoration and is close associated with GIS todisplay fault and outage sections predicted in the distribution system quickly. To implement a closed--loop control of faultlocation. isolation and restoration. this paper proposes an improved algorithm in case of trigger-refused of circuit breakers.The proposed algorithm has been tested in Yangzhou Municipal distribution System. The calculation results show that theimproved algorithm is feasible and effective.
