【摘要】 将核桃楸叶子的乙醇提取物按极性分别用石油醚 氯仿 乙酸乙酯萃取 ,通过萃取液和不同肿瘤细胞共同体外培养 ,来检测不同浓度提取液对肿瘤细胞增殖作用的影响。结果表明 :在对人正常细胞株无杀伤作用的浓度范围内 ,核桃楸叶子的乙酸乙酯提取液对人的多种肿瘤细胞具有较强的增殖抑制作用 ,说明核桃楸中低脂性部位可能含有直接作用于肿瘤细胞的活性成分更多还原

【Abstract】 We have investigated the effect of ethanol extracts of Juglans mandshwric leaves, separated with petroleum ether, chloroform, and ethyl acetate according the polar difference, on the proliferation of tumor cells under different concentration and co culturing the extracts with different tumor cells. The results show that the ethyl acetate part of extracts, in the scope of no lesion the HLF(human lung of fetus), have notable influence on tumor cells proliferating. It may possibly have efficient components for tumor cells in low lipid parts.更多还原
