大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定1,3-丙二醇发酵液中主要成分
Determination of the Main Components in the Culture Broth during Microbial Conversion of 1,3- Propandiol by Capillary Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定了 1, 3-丙二醇发酵液中主要成分——乙醇、乙酸和 1, 3-丙二醇的含量 .色谱柱为 FFAP大口径毛细管柱 0.53(i.d.)× 10m,采用程序升温 ,110℃保持 2min,然后 30℃ /min升到 160℃ ,检测器温度为 250℃,回收率为 94.04%~ 102.22%, RSD 0.24%~ 2.41%,线形关系良好,方法简便可行 .
【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of the components in culture by gas chromatographic method was carried out with FFAP wide bore capilary,ф 0.53mm× 10m (i.d.), at column temperature programmed— 110℃ 2 mins, then 30℃ /min up to 160℃, and detector temperature of 250℃ . The method has a recovery of 94.04- 102.22% , RSD 0.24- 2.41%, and good linear correlation.
