大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定1,3-丙二醇发酵液中主要成分

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定了 1， 3－丙二醇发酵液中主要成分——乙醇、乙酸和 1， 3－丙二醇的含量 .色谱柱为 FFAP大口径毛细管柱 0.53(i.d.)× 10m,采用程序升温 ,110℃保持 2min，然后 30℃ /min升到 160℃ ,检测器温度为 250℃，回收率为 94.04％～ 102.22％， RSD 0.24％～ 2.41％，线形关系良好，方法简便可行 .

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of the components in culture by gas chromatographic method was carried out with FFAP wide bore capilary,ф 0.53mm× 10m (i.d.), at column temperature programmed— 110℃ 2 mins, then 30℃ /min up to 160℃， and detector temperature of 250℃ . The method has a recovery of 94.04－ 102.22％ , RSD 0.24－ 2.41％， and good linear correlation.
