降低船舶柴油机NO_x的排放
Spray-water-vapor scavenging system reduce NO_x emission in exhaust discharged by Marine Diesel Engine
【摘要】 为进一步降低柴油机 NOx排放 ,对柴油机的扫气系统提出了一种设计方案 .该扫气系统可以实现随柴油机的负荷变化 ,适时适度改变柴油机进气湿度 .增加扫气空气的相对湿度 ,可以显著降低船舶柴油机NOx排放 .对现有船舶柴油机的改造和新柴油机的设计具有参考价值 .
【Abstract】 In order to reduce NO x emissions from Marine Diesel Engines, a designing plan of the scavenging system is proposed. Which, includes equipment that can be kept spraying water vapor into the scavenge air at appropriate time and at appropriate rate according to the load of the Diesel Engine. The increase of relative humidity of the scavenging air can remarkably reduce NO x quantity discharged in the exhaust gas. The idea and the method in this paper may be useful and valuable when you remake the scavenging system of those existed or design that of new Diesel Engines.
