柴油机不同工况的活塞二维应力场有限元计算

【摘要】 利用 SUPER SAP对 Sulzer 6RND68柴油机在不同工况下的活塞温度场进行有限元计算分析 ,为柴油机活塞顶部裂纹和烧蚀及第一道活塞环断裂的原因分析提供了理论和实践依据 ,并提供相应的管理建议 .

【Abstract】 This paper studies the piston’s temperiture and stress space in some condition of Sulzer 6RND68 marine diesel engine by using the finite element method calculation, and analyses the reason on fracture in way of piston and rings and so on. Some advices are listed in this paper.
