【摘要】 本文采用截面数据 ,对乡镇企业改制上市公司治理结构与融资结构的相关关系进行了实证分析 ,分析结果表明 :乡镇企业改制上市公司治理结构中的总经理和董事长两职状态以及股权集中程度两个变量对公司融资结构具有重要影响 ,而公司高层管理人员持股比例和公司董事会规模两个变量与公司融资结构的相关性并不显著。更多还原
