【Abstract】 This paper quantizes the main factors affecting control of learning, referred by the famous educational technologist C.M.Reigeluth, and designs corresponding formulas. In this case, quantum data of learning control can be worked out on the basis of the investigation results of quantitative analysis on control of learning.
