【摘要】 利用可编程控制器C2 0作为控制器 ,对拖拉机、汽车发电机卷叠式定子铁心钨极氩弧焊进行了自动控制 ,介绍了控制电路组成、焊接自动控制程序、焊接工艺装置、胎卡具的设计及焊接工艺参数等。实验证明 ,该焊接方法不仅提高了自动化程度 ,而且焊接速度快、质量高 ,完全满足实际要求

【Abstract】 A programmable controller C 20 was used in the automatic control of TIG welding of the coiled cores for the generator of tractors and automobiles.In this paper,the composition of the control circuits,the control program,the welding installations with necessary fixtures and the welding parameters are presented.The test result shows that the automation is enhanced,the welding efficiency is increased and the welding quality is promoted through this method.
