【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法测定了 2 5只健康草原兔尾鼠 (雌雄各半 )心、肝、肾、脾、肺及毛发中无机元素铜 ,铁、锌、铅、镉、砷的含量 ,发现锌、镉、铅、砷在毛发中浓度最高 ,铜、镁在脾脏中浓度最高 ,铁在肝脏中浓度最高 ,铝在心脏中浓度最高更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentration of copper, iron, zinc, lead, chromium, arsenide, magnesium, aluminum ions were determined in heart, liver, kidney, spleen, lung, fur of 25 healthy (half of male) Lagurus lagurus by atomic absorption spectrum(AAS). The results showed that the concentrations of zinc, chromium, lead, arsenide in fur were higher than those in viscus. The contents of copper, magnesium in spleen were higher than that in other viscus and fur. The concentration of iron in liver was higher than that in other viscus and fur. The concentration of aluminum in heart was higher than that in other viscus and fur.更多还原
