【Abstract】 Acid tin plating bath has low stability, and is easily oxidized. Mechanism of the oxidation of tin plating bath was investigated. 0.05 to 0.1 grams per liter rare earth catalyst was added in acid tin plating bath. Bath stability was studied by accelerated oxidation test and exposure test. The results show that bath stability is greatly improved with the addition of rare earth catalyst.更多还原
