【Abstract】 As China is going to join WTO,economic globalization will bring about higher education significant in-fluences,both serious challenges and great opportunities.The paper analyses the matter and proposes a strategic thinking on development of China’s RTVUs education.It suggests to speed up the systems reform,to adjust the curriculum design,to make deep innovation in instructional contents and courses system,to pro-vide quality services,to guarantee teaching quality,and to promote collaboration in schooling.更多还原
