【摘要】 介绍了卡式三表出户计量收费管理系统的基本构成和工作原理,重点分析了三表一卡控制器的功能及其软、硬件的设计与实现。

【Abstract】 In this article,we introduce the basic constitution and working principle of measure charging manage system with three meters one card.The function of three meters one card controller,the design and realization of its software and hardware are all analysised especially.
