【摘要】 启动特性是考核电度表性能的重要指标之一，最新国家标准对启动性能要求有了提高，对此我们进行了研究，并总结出提高启动性能的一些技术措施。

【Abstract】 ：Starting current is most important element for induction power meter examination．There is high advantage demand in new national standard．In this paper,we sum up our experience and give the procedure to improve the perfermance of induction power meter starting current．
