循环流化床传热的实验室研究和工程研究的某些差别
A Comparison Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Hear Transfer Researches between Laboratory and Engineering Project
【摘要】 研究了循环流化床传热研究的实验室研究结论和工程研究结论的差别 ,比较了这些结论的数量级和趋势的异同。结果表明 :(1)研究对象的尺寸和几何特征对传热有巨大影响。受热面长短和燃烧空间大小都强烈地影响传热 ,即使都是商业循环流化床锅炉 ,锅炉容量不同传热特性也有所不同 ;(2 )床料颗粒度对循环流化床锅炉的传热没有明显的影响 ,因为大颗粒主要在密相区运行 ,参加循环的颗粒度范围比较小 ;(3)运行参数中对传热系数影响最大的是平均悬浮密度 ,其次是运行床温。由于运行风速可以改变平均悬浮密度 ,所以运行风速的影响不必单独计较 ;(4 )二次风变化对传热有较大影响 ,而一次风变化对传热的影响很小。
【Abstract】 The paper presents a comparison of heat transfer research results in circulating fluidized bed between laboratory and the researches from commercial boilers,some comments and suggestions are present at last.Results shows that:(1)?The dimension and geometry feature of research object have obvious effect to heat transfer,such as length of heat transfer tubes as well as the volume of combustion space.Even though the engineering project,heat transfer coefficient are different for different capacity of commercial CFB boilers;(2)?Particle diameter has no obvious effect to heat transfer as in bubble fluidized bed;(3)?Operation parameters,which have effect on heat transfer, are gas solid average suspension density,temperature in order;(4)?Primary air has not as obvious effect as secondary air.
