高温下LiMn2O4的容量衰减及对策
Causes and prevention for capacity fading of spinel LiMn2O4 at elevated temperature
【摘要】 LiMn2 O4 尖晶石材料在高温贮存和循环过程中的容量衰减问题是其大规模工业化应用的主要障碍。容量衰减的主要原因是锰的溶解及其伴随的材料结构的变化、钝化膜的形成 ,Jahn -Teller效应、及电解液的分解。高温性能的改进涉及电极 /溶液界面的各个环节 :体相掺杂、表面相掺杂、减小比表面、电解液组成优化、采用能够捕获质子作用的电解液添加剂、以及能够吸收氧气的电极材料添加剂等。
【Abstract】 Capacity fading of spinel LiMn 2O 4 during cycling and storage at elevated temperature stood in the way of the scaled industrial application of lithium-ion batteries The main causes for capacity fading were dissolution of Mn from the spinel matrix and thus induced structural change, formation of passivating film, Jahn-Teller effect, and decomposition of the electrolytes Improvements were made from all aspects involved in electrode/electrolyte interface Structural modification either in the bulk and/or superficial phase of the material, minimization of the specific area, electrolyte optimization,introduction of additives to trap H + or uptake O 2 were adopted
