【Abstract】 The tool of knowledge management based on internet can be used to support enterprise to identify, achieve, exploit, analyze, store and convey knowledge efficiently and quickly,so that employees can share knowledge each other while they offer their accumulated knowledge to the most.In this paper, the design idea, the frame, the adopted knowledge management model of the knowledge management tool are described.
