大功率柴油机曲轴的组织分析研究
Structural Analysis of the Crankshaft for High Performance Diesel Engines
【摘要】 本文应用ＯＭ和ＳＥＭ对材料为３５ＣｒＭｏＡ钢大功率柴油机曲轴经调质处理后的显微组织和气体渗氮显微组织进行了分析，旨在发挥材料的最佳性能，确保曲轴的运行可靠性．
【Abstract】 Microstructure analyses of hardened / tempered and gas nitrided 35CrMoA steel crankshafts for high-power diesel engines have been carried out using OM and SEM methods so as to give rein to optimal performance of materials and to ensure dependable operation of crankshafts.
