CaO耐火材料的抗热震性能
THERMAL SHOCK RESISTANCE OF CaO TYPE REFRACTORY
【摘要】 采用特种粘结剂,控制工艺参数(如粒度配比、成型压力、烧结温度以及Zro2添加剂含量等),制备T CaO耐火材料,测量了力学和物理性能.用中心加热法研究了 CaO耐火材料的抗热震性能.结果表明.在合适的粒度分布及烧结温度下,添加Zro2颗粒能显著提高 CaO耐火材料的抗热震性能.
【Abstract】 A special adhesive that is developed in MR has been used in preparation of CaO crucible. CaQ refractory specimens were made by control of various parameters, such as particles distribution, forming pressure, sintering temperature and content of Zr02 additive, and their mechanical and physical properties were measured. A new testing method--center heating technique has been employed for quantitatively studying the thermal shock resistance of CaO refractory. The result shows that Zr02 additive will remarkably improve the thermal shock resistance of CaO refractory under the suitable particles distribution and sintering temperature.
