【摘要】 目的　探讨重型颅脑损伤病人 (GCS≤ 8分 )脑灌注压 (CPP)与预后的关系。方法　对我院 1 998年 1月～ 1 999年 1 2月收治的 50例重型颅脑损伤病人均行脑室穿刺进行颅内监护。按CPP值将病人分为三组 :A组CPP >70mmHg ,B组CPP 60～ 70mmHg,C组CPP <60mmHg。比较各组死亡率及恢复良好率 ,进行统计学分析。结果　A组 2 9例 ,死亡 2例 (6 .9% ) ,良好 1 1例 (37.9% ) ;B组 1 6例 ,死亡 5例 (31 .3 % ) ,良好 3例 (1 8.8% ) ;C组 5例 ,死亡 4例 (80 % )。各组间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　重型颅脑损伤病人CPP应维持在 70mmHg以上 ,以保证脑组织血液灌注 ,从而改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effects of cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP) on progenosis in the patients with severe head injuries.?Methods Fifty patients were divided into group A,B,C on the basis of their own CPP.group A:CPP>70 mmHg,group B:CPP 60～70 mmHg,group C:CPP<60 mmHg.Among 50 cases,11 cases died,7 cases became vegetative,and 14 cases had good recovery.?Results There were 29 cases in group A,in which 2 cases died( 6.9% ) and 11 cases had a good recovery(37.9%).There were 16 cases in group B,in which 5 cases died( 31.3% ) and 3 cases had a good recovery(18.8%).There was great difference among the 3 groups(P<0.05).?Conclusion The CPP of patients with severe head injury should be kept above 70 mmHg to keep enough perfusion in the cerebral tissue.更多还原
