影响甜椒雄性不育两用系制种效果的几个因素

【摘要】 针对甜椒雄性不育两用系AB91杂交制种的特点 ,对杂交制种效果影响较大的种植密度、授粉节位及授粉花龄进行了研究。结果表明 ,不育株栽培密度以 5 .2 5万株·hm-2 和 6万株·hm-2 产种量最高。在实际生产中以5 .2 5万株·hm-2 投入产出比较高。生长势较强的中晚熟甜椒两用系宜从对椒开始杂交授粉 ,而生长势较弱的中早熟甜椒两用系宜从四母斗开始做杂交授粉。杂交授粉的花龄以选择当天开放的鲜花杂交制种效果最好。

【Abstract】 Plant density, node position of pollinated flowers a nd pollination time of receptive flowers after opening were studied, which have major effects on hybrid production, based on characteristics of hybrid seed prod uction using male [sterile∶fertile] line AB 91 in sweet pepper .The results showed that 5.25×104 and 6×104 plants per hectare gave the hi ghest yield of hybrid seed. However,the former has a higher input: output ratio in practical hybrid seed production. Pollination should be started with flowers at second nodes for male sterile lines with later maturity which have stronger g rowth potential, while it should be started with flowers at third nodes for thos e with earlier maturity which have weak growth potential. The first day at openi ng is the best pollination time for receptive flowers in hybrid seed production.
