冬小麦粒数叶比遗传背景研究

【摘要】 采用Griffing方法I,利用 6× 6完全双列杂交 ,对 6个不同类型的冬小麦品种粒数叶比的遗传背景进行了初步分析。结果表明 :粒数叶比的一般配合力 (GCA)效应 ,特殊配合力 (SCA)效应和反交 (R)效应 ,均达到极显著水平 ,其均方比为 2 5 44 9∶0 942 3∶1,粒数叶比的遗传符合加性—显性模型 ,以加性占绝对优势 ,但反交效应和非加性基因效应也不可忽视 ;粒数叶比的广义遗传力 (^h2 B)为 98 10 % ,狭义遗传力 (^h2 N)为 45 16 %。河农 32 6是较为理想的育种亲本

【Abstract】 Applying 6×6 complete diallel crossing design, calculated with method Griffing I, the authors studied the genetic background of grain number·cm -2 leaf of different types of winter wheat variety. The results showed that the variance analysis were very significant for the effect of general combining ability(GCA), special combining ability(SCA)and reverse crossing(R)of grain number·cm -2 leaf, their mean square ( MS ) ration was 2 544 9∶0 942 3∶1; The heredity of grain number was additive dominant genetic model, additive effects were majority, but simultaneously reverse crossing effect and non additive effect are also not ignored; The broad heredity ( 2 N ) of grain number·cm -2 leaf was 98 10%, the narrow heredity ( 2 B ) of grain number·cm -2 leaf was 45 16% Among the tested varieties, Henong 326 was favorite for breeding parent
