【摘要】 采用化学定量分析方法,对龙牙楤木俗名刺嫩芽叶绿素的性质进行了研究,研究结果表明刺嫩芽叶绿素总含量为0.3691mg/g。叶绿素对光、热、酸性介质均不稳定,易产生降解现象;在散射光环境中,降解速度随时间延长和温度升高而加快;在pH值6～7时的中性条件下最稳定,在pH值3～4的酸性条件下,叶绿素易降解。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of chlorophyll of wild Aralia elata was studied by applying the research methods of chemical quantitative analysis.The results of analysis are showed as following.the quantity of chlorophyll of Aralia elata is 0.369mg/g.The quality of chlorophyll of wild Aralia elata are unstable to light,heat and acid medium,and in daylight,the decomposing speed of chlorophyll can rise when the time was pro-longed or the temperature was raised.It can be concluded that chlorophyll is easy to compose,while it is most stable when pH is 6～7.更多还原
