【摘要】 1999年 ,我国继续扩大内需 ,实施积极财政政策 ,其推行积极财政政策取得了很大成效 ,本文对积极财政政策进行了科学的评价 ,并将其充实完善 ,指出我国实施的积极财政政策是补偿性扩张的财政政策 ,必须有稳健的货币政策做为后盾 ,而且我国实施积极财政政策不能减税 ,应该做到增支增税。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country continues to enlarge internal demand and carry out active fiscal policies,and produces a marked effect after practicing active fiscal policies.This article evaluates scientificly the active fiscal policies and tries to make it perfect.It also points out that active fiscal policy,meanwhile the steady currency policy must be regarded as backing.When our country carries out the active fiscal policies taxes can not be reduced ,but should be incresed.更多还原
