基于现场数据的汽车起重机可靠性分配

【摘要】 分析了目前我国汽车起重机的质量状况、产品可靠性指标的确定 ,并在此基础上结合长江起重机厂生产的QY2 0A汽车起重机 16 33次使用故障数据及变速器各挡相对使用频率 ,提出了三种可靠性分配的方法及其结果 ,具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 The automotive crane quality condition and the determination of its reliability quota are analysised, based on the 1633 practical failure data and relatively use frequency of transmission shifts of QY20A automotive crane. Three kinds of methods for reliability assignment,whose result is convenient in practical application, are proposed.
