状态反射对标枪最后用力技术的影响
Effect of State Reflection on Skill of Final Precipitation of Javelin Throw
【摘要】 在投掷标枪时头部位置改变所引起的“状态反射”能使人体肌肉张力重新调配 ,促进人体运动幅度增大 ,速度加快 ,使投掷标枪技术得以充分发挥。
【Abstract】 The ‘state reflecton’ caused by the change in the position of the thrower’ head when throwing the javelin can re_regulate his muscular tension,enlarge his motion amplitude and quicken his motion speed,and as a result,put his skill of juvelin throw into full use.
