【摘要】 美国、英国、德国、法国、日本和中国科学家联合研究人类基因组计划 ,最近科学家宣布完成了人类基因组工作草图 ,表明人类从分子水平认识自己迈出了重要一步。中国科学家完成了人类基因组第 3号染色体短臂从D353610至端粒的 30Mb区域上 30 0 0万个碱基对测序。破译人类基因组将为疾病的诊断、新药物的研制和新疾病疗法带来巨大变革。人类基因组的解码也将引起人们对伦理学、法律、基因武器及人口质量等问题深层次思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The human genome plan was studied by scientist from America,England,Germany,France,Japan and China together,recenity,the frame map of the human genome have been drawn completely by scientist from six country,it showed that the human have an important result in realizing ourselves from molecular level.The one percent sequence of the human genome were detected by the China scientists,id est,the determination of 3.0×10 7 base pairs in the short arm of the number 3 chrosome from D3S3610 to terminal point (30 Mb regions).The interpretation of the human genome will lead great change in the way of an illness diagnosis,a new drugs study and a new cure for disease,and result in a deep think on ideology,a law,a gene weapon,a population quality and so on.更多还原
