抗燃油劣化因素的研究
Study on Deterioration Factors of Fire-resistant Hydraulic Oil
【摘要】 通过正交试验分析了温度、水分、金属杂质三因素对抗燃油劣化速度的影响 .实验结果表明 :水分是影响ZR 881型抗燃油劣化的主要因素 ,温度是影响FyrquelEHC劣化的主要因素 .这个试验结论对于现场运行中抗燃油防劣化方法的选取有较大的指导意义 .
【Abstract】 Three deterioration factors of fire resistant hydraulic oil,temperature,water content and metal impurity were studied.According to orthogonal experiment,it was concluded that water content is the key deterioration factor for ZR 881 type made in China, while temperature is the key deterioration factor to Fyrquel EHC made in U. S. A.This result is very useful to prevent fire resistant hydraulic oil from deterioration in spots.
