【Abstract】 The Marriage of Next Life is a fine piece of storytelling to the accompaniment of stringed instruments. The writer died, leaving the book unfinished. Later, many writers attempted to complete it. However, Liang Desheng, Qin Jiwen and Guo Moruo’s endings destroy the completeness of the characters’ personality, creating many pities to the plot.
