【摘要】 目的　了解重庆老人的医疗需求状况以及老人的建议和希望。方法　对重庆市北碚主城区 4893名 6 0岁以上的老人进行问卷调查。结果　 79 81%的老人患病时就近医疗 ;86 5 3%的老人感到看病不方便 ;86 37%的老人不参加保健咨询 ;6 5 48%的老人不听保健讲座 ;1 0 2 %的老人因心理问题到医院就诊 ;5 5 6 9%的老人愿意参加群众性老年体育活动。随着年龄的增长 ,希望得到更好的医疗、预防、保健、康复的人数增多。结论　需改善老人看病难的现象 ,提供多渠道、多形式的老年医疗保健咨询、讲座 ,组织群众性老年体育活动。使老人的医疗服务需进一步提高和得到重视 ,争取探索一条以家庭为基础 ,社区医疗服务为依托 ,以综合性医院为技术保障 ,老年医疗康复为中心的模式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the demand for medical care of the aged, their proposals and wishes.Methods An investigation was made through questionnaire on 4,893 people aged over 60.Results When becoming ill,79.81% of the aged got their medical care in nearby medical institutions;79.81% of the aged felt it inconvenient to have medical care.86.37% of the aged did not take routine medical consultations.65.48% of the aged did not attend public lectures on health care.1.02% of the aged pursued medical care for their psychological trauma.55.69% of the aged were willing to take part in sports suitable to their age. Following the increase of the age, more and more of the aged people wish to have better services for medical care,disease prevention,health and convalescence advices.Conclusion The difficulty for the aged to acquire medical care needs to be reduced. Various channels and forms of consultations and lectures for the medical care and sports of the aged must be provided, so that greater importance could be attached to the medical care for the aged. And on that basis, we should explore a new way, which centres upon the medical care and convalescence of the aged, takes the households as its basis, relies on the community medical service, and is safeguarded technically by comprehensive hospitals.更多还原
