【摘要】 目的　研究大白鼠阻塞性黄疸和胆汁引流减压后内毒素血症对肝组织血流和肝能量代谢的影响。方法　闭塞胆管和胆道减压后注入内毒素 ,测定肝血流量和肝能量代谢。结果　阻塞性黄疸时肝血流减少 ,能量代谢降低 ,注入内毒素后肝血流和能量代谢进一步降低。阻塞 4周后 ,肝能量代谢不能恢复。结论　阻塞性黄疸时肝组织血流明显减少 ,影响肝能量代谢 ,伴有内毒素血症时 ,肝能量代谢显著降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The effects of endotoxemia on hepatic energy metabolism and hepatic tissue blood flow were studied on the rats with obstructive jaundice.Methods After biliary obstructed and decompressed the rats were injected endotoxin,then hepatic tissue blood flow and energy metabolism were determined.Results Hepatic blood flow decreased and hepatic energy metabolism lowered in rats with obstructive jaundice.Hepatic blood flow decreased markedly and hepatic energy metabolism lowered further due to endotoxemia. Afeter 4 weeks of jaundice hepatic energy metabolism did not recover.Conclusion The decrease in hepatic tissue blood flow affected notably hepatic energy metabolism in obsturctive jaundice.When obstructive jaundice with endotoxemia happened,hepatic tissue blood flow markedly deceased and energy metabolism lowered further.更多还原
