【摘要】 采用不同种类和不同质量浓度的维生素与矿物质培养整肠生菌。结果表明 ,当维生素H在质量浓度5 0mg/L时 ,1# 菌芽孢形成率为 98.5 % ,11# 菌芽孢形成率为 87.5 % ,12 # 菌芽孢形成率为 88.4% ;当矿物质Mn和P在质量浓度 5mg/L时 ,1# 菌芽孢形成率为 92 .1%和 93.0 % ,11# 菌芽孢形成率为 83.1%和 81.0 % ,12 # 菌芽孢形成率为 87.0 %和 86 .0 % ,都是对照的 2倍以上。 1# 菌在 5号培养基中芽孢形成率为 94% ,是对照的 1.2 4倍 ;11# 菌在 4号培养基中芽孢形成率为 90 % ,是对照的 1.96倍 ,12 # 菌在 3号培养基中芽孢形成为 95 .0 % ,是对照的1.9倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vitamins and minerals of variety and quantity are used for the cultivation of Bacillus Licheniformis. The result shows that 1 # Bacterium sporulation rate was 98.5%,11 # Bacterium sporulation rate was 87.5%,12 # Bacterium sporulation rate was 88.4%,when the vitamins VH was 50mg/L.Sporulation rate of 1 # was 92.1% and 93.0%,sporulation rate of 11 #was 83.1% and 81.0%,sporulation rate of 12 # was 87.0% and 86.0%,both are 2 times as many as that of the comparison,when the guantity of minerals Mn and P was 5×10 -6 ,the sorulation rate of 1 # was 94% in the medium,that is 1.24 times as many as that of the comparison,sporulation rate of 11 # was 90% in the 4 medium,that is 1.96 times as many as that of the comparison.sporulation rateof 12 # was 95% in 3 medium,that is 1.9 times as many as that of the comparison.更多还原
