【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展 ,对公路的需求越来越大 ,而公路建设资金短缺严重 ,笔者认为可利用项目融资方式解决资金问题。本文就利用ABS方式进行公路项目融资的过程、优越性和应该注意的问题谈一点看法。

【Abstract】 ABS is a quite popular way of finance in the world. In the thesis the investigator clarifies the function,the feasibility of securitizatin in the construction of highway and the questions that we should pay attention to in use.
