从国企改革的动态理论看我院的教育改革与发展
Studies on Chongqing Jiaotong University’s Educational Reform and Development from the Views of Dynamic Theory of State-owned Enterprise’s Reformation
【摘要】 从市场环境变化对高校的挑战入手 ,分析了高校改革前后的绩效 ,结合重庆交通学院改革的成功经验 ,论证了改革的必要性与紧迫性 ,并对重庆交通学院的改革提出了非常现实和创新的建议。
【Abstract】 The necessity and emergency of educational reform in colleges and universities in China are discussed and some practical and innovative proposals for the further reformation of Chongqing Jiaotong Universitiy are given,through the analysis of the challenges from market changes,the comparison between effects and achievements of colleges and universities before and after the reform and the combination of successful experiences from the reform of Chongqing Jiaotong University.
