TiNiCu形状记忆合金的耐蚀性研究

【摘要】 采用电化学测试技术对TiNiCu形状记忆合金在Hank’s人工模拟体液中的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,TiNiCu合金阳极极化时,在 100 mV~150 mV电位区间出现了低电位活性溶解。 pH值的降低和 Cl浓度的升高,使孔蚀电位 Eb值负移,孔蚀敏感性增大。在 Hank’s人工模拟体液中 TiNiCu合金的耐蚀性比 TiNi形状记忆合金劣,其原因是TiNiCu合金的晶体结构不单一,造成电化学性质不均一,同时晶界富Ti的Ti2Ni析出和疏松状态的Cu的表面富集,促进阳极溶解。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of TiNiCu shape memory alloy (SMA) in Hank’s artificial body fluid has been investigated using an electrochemical measurement technique. The results show that TiNiCu SMA dissolves at low electrode potential (100 mV ~ 150 mV) when it is anodally polarized. Temperature has little effect on anodic polarization behavior. But with decreasing pH and increasing Cl- concentration, pitting corrosion potential (Eb) shifts negatively, and the pitting corrosion sensibility is promoted. The corrosion resistance of TiNiCu SMA is not as good as that of TiNi SMA. The XRD and SEM analyses indicate that TiNiCu SMA doesn’t have single crystal structure, which causes irregular electrochemical behavior. Moreover intermetallic phase Ti2Ni and copper with loose structure gathering at the surface may accelerate the anodic dissolution of specimen.
