【摘要】 本文分析了世界镓的供求状况、生产现状及镓化合物的应用前景，并对我国镓生产的 技术方法、产品结构调整提出了看法。认为目前镓的需求旺盛，但我国镓生产技术应根据氧 化铝生产工艺、循环母液镓含量，选用对氧化铝生产无影响的先进技术，镓产品向精炼镓、 镓化合物及GaAs、GaP晶体基片甚至其外延加工方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author analysises the supply and demand condition of gallium in t he world,its present production state and applicated prospects of gallium compou nd,in addition proposes views on technical method and adjustment of manufacture frame of gallium in China.The writer considers that gallium is largely required at present,and as far as China’s gallium technology concerned,advanced technolog y which doesn’t affect alumina production should be adopted,according to alumina technology and gallium contain in circulating dissolvent,and also the developme nt of gallium manufacture aims refined gallium,gallium compound,and GaAs,GaP cry stal,and even its extended directions.更多还原
