【摘要】 采用Cz法生长出优质的Li2 B4O7(LBO)单晶 ,开展了压电性能及应用的研究 ,同时用Maker条纹测量了晶体的二次谐波系数d31和d33。用温梯法制备了LBO微晶玻璃 ,开展了热激发电子发射 (TSEE)性能的研究。

【Abstract】 High quality LBO single crystals were grown by Cz method, piezoelectric properties and application of LBO crystal have been studied, second harmonic generation coefficients d 31 and d 33 were tested by the Maker fringe. LBO glass ceramics were prepared by temperature gradient method, its TSEE(thermally stimulated outer electron emit) performance have been researched.
