溶胶—凝胶法制备SiO2溶胶正交试验的灰色关联分析

【摘要】 采用灰色关联矩阵分析理论 ,阐述了制备SiO2 溶胶正交试验的灰色关联分析方法 ,给出了其算法并编制了相关的程序。对溶胶主要制备因素HNO3∶TEOS、H2 O∶TEOS和EtOH∶TEOS(摩尔比 )对溶胶胶凝时间的影响程度进行了研究 ,对实际的科研工作具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the gray system theory,the method gray relationship matrix analysis for orthogonal test of preparing SiO-2 sols was set forth.The algorithm is given with the computer program in this paper.The effects of the of main elements HNO-3∶TEOS,H-2O∶TEOS and E-tOH∶TEOS(mol ratio) on gel time were investigated.The results show that this method is significant to the practical research.
