声学聚氨酯的研究进展
Progress in Acoustical Polyurethane Research
【摘要】 概述了热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)在声学领域的最新研究进展,内容涉及与 TPU 在声学领域应用有关的高粘弹性,TPU 用作阻尼材料的填充体系和 IPN 体系及其在透声降噪方面的两种用途,重点讨论了 TPU 用作水声换能器包敷材料和拖曳线列阵声呐护套材料的透声降噪机理,指出了深入研究拖曳线列阵声呐护套用 TPU 材料的必要性。
【Abstract】 The latest progress in research on thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)used in acoustical field from three parts is reviewed with thirty references.The content includes the high viscoelasticity of TPU used in acoustical field,the filled system and interpenetrating polymer network of TPU in damping behavior and two applications in acoustically transparent behavior,with focus on the mechanism of maximizing transmission of signal while minimizing flow noise and signal attenuation when TPU is used in encapsulated hydrophones and used as jacket material for towed linear sonar.At last the neccessity of thoroughly studying the TPU used as jacket material for towed linear sonar is indicated.
