论促进经济结构合理的政府投融资

【摘要】 经济结构的战略性调整是我国“十五”规划期间的一个重要目标 ,在当前继续实施积极财政政策、拓展内需的进程中 ,我们应注重运用政府投融资 ,来促进产业结构的转换与区域经济发展的协调。

【Abstract】 In Tenth-five year plan the adjusting rational effect of economic structure should be an important strategic goal in China.Now it is being required urgently that government uses fiscal investment and financing to focus on adjustment of industrial structure and regional economic development.
