联碱母液Ⅱ低温过滤试验研究

【摘要】 为提高侯氏碱法纯碱产品的质量 ,在Ⅱ过程中设置一套R2 型拉罗克斯净化过滤试验机 ,对母液Ⅱ进行低温过滤。实验表明 ,采用P110滤布可以使滤液浊度降至 10ppm以下

【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of soda manufacturing in Hou’s process, we installed Larox R 2 polishing test filter, in the second stage of Hou’s process, and filtered the mother liquor Ⅱ in low temperature. The test shows that by applying P110 filter cloth, the cloudiness of the filtrate could be controlled under 10 ppm.
